When do I call an Estate Sale Company?

For those people who have never been to an estate sale or heard of one it may be hard to figure out how to get rid of all your stuff when the time comes to liquidation personal property. The time to call an estate sale company is when you are:

  1.  Downsizing
  2.  Moving
  3.  Death in the Family
  4.  Foreclosure
  5. Senior Transitions
  6. Business Liquidation

If you are faced with any of these situations or just need to liquidate some personal property then that is a great time to have a conversation with and estate sale company. You may think that you have to have a mansion to have an estate sale. That is not the case. Most of our estate sales are in homes between 1200 to 2000 square feet.

You also need to call an estate sale liquidator BEFORE you send anything to charity or the dump. We go into homes all the time that half of the items are gone because the owners thought that the items were trash and that nobody would want them. Have you ever hear of the old adage that "One mans trash is another mans treasure". This statement is so true. People collect and look for all kinds of things today. We have sold half bottles of laundry detergent, clothes, scrap metal, non-running small engines, and all kinds of other items in our sales. Some people find that estate sales are a great way to find good quality items for a great price.

It is worth a call to an Estate Sale Liquidator to discuss your situation and how they can help you during this process.

We at A Honey Hole Estate Sales offer free in home consultations to meet with you about liquidating your personal property.  We want to minimize the hassle of liquidating an estate and make it as stress free as possible. Consider calling us today.
