The Details
Our process begins with our Free Consultation at the location of the Estate sale or Liquidation. We will ask questions about the items being sold and walk around the property. We try to gather as much information about the items in the sale as we can. All paperwork and information about items are very useful.
Once access is given to the property we will organize and empty all cabinets, closets, set up displays, shelving and stage all items. We then showcase all higher end items. We provide all the staff necessary before, during and after the sale.
All items are priced at fair market value. If it’s too high it won’t sell and too low can be detrimental. We will evaluate values of all items involved in the sale. Just because something is on Ebay or an Antique store for a certain price does not mean that item will sell at that price.
We advertise on several large Estate Sale websites, Face Book, Instagram and put out signs the night before the sale. After the sale, items are left over. We offer several choices to deal with the leftovers.
When the sale is over the keys will be handed back to you. Within 7 days after the sale we will provide you with payment of all the items sold at the Estate Sale.
